Can you pull a trial balance into excel which will included historic month end balances. the standard trial balance query only seems to pull in the current trial balance as reflecting in xero.

Hello,
The TrialBalance view in the CData Xero Excel Add-In returns a snapshot of the trial balance as of a specific date, not a rolling or historical series by default. The Date pseudo-column represents the “As of Date” for the trial balance. By default, if no date is specified, Xero returns the current trial balance.
You can explicitly set this “As of Date” to pull a month-end (or any point-in-time) trial balance. For example, the query below returns the trial balance as of January 1, 2025:
