Hi all,

We are using Cdata connect cloud to pulling data from NetSuite via SuiteQL API. However, for some tables like budgetmachine, cdata through error as  “Unable to retrieve columns for table bbudgetsMachine]”. By checking the NetSuite RestAPI log, Cdata is actually successfully reaching to the NetSuite endpoint to pull the data.

As per our team, permission issue may not be the case because “budgets” table which requires same level permission as “Budgetmachine” have no issue to load. 

 

 

Have any one encountered similar issue before? Any thoughts would be appreciate!

It looks like you are trying to query the Budget Machine dataset for your NetSuite account but are encountering errors. Specifically, the query is failing with the following error: "Unable to retrieve columns for table bbudgetsMachine]."

We have seen this error before with other data sources, but to confirm the exact cause in your case, I would need to review the logs (with Verbosity 5) from your query attempt.

I tested this on my end and was able to query the dataset successfully without any issues. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

 

Since these issues often require extensive investigation, I recommend submitting a separate support ticket through the CData - Support Form. to ensure a prompt resolution. Please include Verbosity 5 logs for your connection so we can thoroughly investigate and diagnose the problem.
