Hello!  If you are on a free Spreadsheets plan every month you are receiving an email that states you may need to update your billing information.  Remember that your subscription is FREE and that you are not required to have payment details on file. 

However, due to regulations we need to send out a reminder that you are on an auto renewal and we have our emails worded the same for all our renewal emails if you are paying or not at this time.  Sorry if it has confused you.

 


Thanks for the clarification. It is good to know that the email is just a reminder for regulatory purposes. Plus it also explains that it is not related to any payment requirements for free plans.
