If you are attempting to verify your Connect Cloud account but the verification email is not being received, you should first check the Spam or Trash folders. If it still cannot be found, you can resend the verification email by using the Forgot Password option on the Connect Cloud login page, https://cloud.cdata.com. If you do not see the Forgot Password option initially, you will need to enter your email and select the Continue button.
