Hi John,

Can this update be done without having to change the license key?

Kind regards,

Piet Potappel

Hello Piet,

Great question! Yes, the update to the latest CData Arc Q1 2024 release can be done without the need to change your existing license key, making the transition smooth and hassle-free.

However, it's important to note that this applies if you're currently using a version of Arc that is v23 or newer. If your version is older than v23, a new license key will be required to upgrade to the latest release.

Feel free to reach out if you have more questions or need assistance with the update process!
