I am trying to insert a manual journal entry into Xero using below SQL insert statement. And I get the following error. “A validation exception occurred: The total Debits (1.50) must equal total credits (0.00)" It suggests that cdata is not processing it as one API post but as 2 posts and Xero spits back an error because it expects both lines in the POST api. INSERT into ManualJournals ( JournalLine_AccountCode, JournalLine_LineAmount, Narration) VALUES (620, 1.50, 'Test1'), (611, -1.50, 'Test1');Any ideas would be appreciated.
I am using cdata sync and getting the error “EXCEEDED_ID_LIMIT: there are '600000' or more records deleted in the specified time period. Please retry getDeleted() call using a shorter time period.”I have seen other posts say to use a Full vs partial copy but I am not sure that is something that Cdata sync does. Is there a way go get beyond this error in cdata or salesforce?
ObjectiveTrying to use a cData DSN in Excel to connect to an OLAP cube in Azure Analysis Services on macOS. I can successful setup the DSN in iODBC Data Manager and it tests successfully, but when I try to use the DSN in Excel I get a “Could not bind server socket: Operation not permitted”. I have screen-grabbed all my steps below in the attached PDF.
Is there a patch / hotfix official release schedule for DBAMP? There must be some fixes since the official V2022 release. I did get some Hotfix patches but was wondering if I am to expect an official 2023 or 2022.1 release. I currently have to restart the windows service each night to prevent crashes.
We are a new CData user, connecting Acumatica oData as the source to SQL Server OLE DB destination. It works great for the initial configuration of the data flow, but we often change the underlying Acumatica query (i.e. add columns). I can’t seem to find a way to refresh the available columns in the CDdata Acumatica Source Editor screen. If I click the preview button, the new columns appear there correctly with data, but how are the columns added to the Columns node of the Editor screen? Along those lines, is there a way to refresh the list of available Generic Inquiries for new oData sources? The first time you log into Visual Studio the list of available inquiries refreshes, but after that I have to just use the Advanced Editor and hand-write the name of the query. Thanks for any feedback!
The QuickBooks Gateway (formerly Remote Connector) is useful if you want to access QuickBooks in a situation where direct COM access to QuickBooks is not available, such as in ASP.NET, Java, or QuickBooks on a remote machine. To authenticate to the QuickBooks company file, you will first need to create a user in the QuickBooks Gateway. Upon pressing Test Connection on that user, a prompt will open and ask you to authenticate it to QuickBooks. Note that QuickBooks must be open as an administrator in single-user mode for this to succeed. Then, you will need to open the QuickBooks DSN/Connection Manager/Connection String Builder and, in the Remote section, enter the information on the QuickBooks Gateway user you just created. The User and Password will be the username and password of your QuickBooks Gateway user, and the URL will be the URL of the QuickBooks Gateway. Note that the Company File property can be left blank, as the QuickBooks Gateway has already specified which company file to
