I’m exploring the capabilities of CData Virtuality for our use, and am unable to find any information on support for delta lake on Azure Data Lake Store as a source. I don’t see any CData drivers for it either.
Is this not a supported source? If not, is it on the roadmap?

Thank you for your inquiry about Delta Lake support in CData Virtuality. As of now, CData Virtuality does not have a dedicated driver for Delta Lake on Azure Data Lake Store. Our team is aware of the need and is exploring possibilities for supporting Delta Lake in the future. Currently, the complexities associated with the Delta format, particularly its specialized processes within platforms like Databricks, make direct support challenging.
There is no specific roadmap for this support at the moment, but our development team has started some exploratory work to address this need. We appreciate your understanding as we work through these technical challenges.
