This error happens for drivers which use Client Certificates/Server Certificates such as HCL Domino where you need to set a connection property for the path where the Client Certificate/Server Certificate is located.

The error is usually thrown when the path specified is not correct or the driver does not have permission to read in that specific path. This can happen for multiple reasons such as not having administrator access.

To resolve the issue, try moving your certificate in the Public folder C:\Users\Public or any other directory where you are sure you have access to or double-check the path you have set to make sure you have not made any mistakes and try to connect from there.
