When asking for assistance through our support email [email protected], Sync support engineers will sometimes require Verbose logs from the jobs that you are running.
Verbose logs display more information about the source and destination and allow the support engineers to pinpoint the issues you may be experiencing to better assist you in getting Sync to work smoothly once again.
To setup Verbose logging:

Sync Version 2023
1. Go on the CData Sync Portal
2. Click on the Jobs tab
3. Select the Job you are working on.
4. Under "Settings" click on "Edit Settings" (Square with pencil button).
5. Under "Logfile Verbosity", click on the dropdown menu and select "Verbose" and click "Save"
6. Run the job again
7. After the job ran again, click on "Job History" tab, click on "..." and select "Download Log File"
9. Upload the files to the SharePoint Link provided in the email from the support engineer.

Sync Version 2022, and prior
1. Go on the CData Sync Portal
2. Click on the Jobs tab
3. Select the Job you are working on.
4. Under "Job Settings" click on "Logging & History" tab.
5. Under "Log Settings", click on the dropdown menu and select "Verbose"
6. Click on the blue "Save Changes" button on the right side of your screen.
7. Click on the "Tasks" tab and run the job again after the changes.
8. After the job is done, click on "Logging & History" again and download the new files by clicking on the blue "All" button.
9. Upload the files to the SharePoint Link provided in the email from the support engineer.
