from which table we can check what are GLAccount code linked for a particular Division ?

Have you tried querying against the GLAccounts table? This table exposes a “Code” column which based on the Exact Online REST API docs should be the unique code of the GLAccount. You can try running a quick test with our Exact Online connector by executing a query as follows:
