I have GL Account Classification Mapping In Dataverse Table i used automation to pull data from Exact online and pushed data into dataverse . I need help on how to track that GLSchemeCode Changes from previous version to updated version Eg:RGS versie 3.3 to RGS versie 3.5 in overtime
because based on this updation in exact online I want to update the same thing in dataverse table
how to track this change and update accordingly ?

The only way to get what you are looking for would be only if the Exact Online API returned a field tied to the GLSchemeCode that would reflect the change for the RGS versions over time like a Version kind or History kind of field. After looking at the Exact Online API we were unable to find such a field for the GL related objects: https://start.exactonline.nl/docs/HlpRestAPIResources.aspx?SourceAction=10
The only piece of information I could find regarding this is the community post about RGS version 3.5 being supported back in July 2023:
That said, we are unable to help you with your request however in case the Exact Online team decides to support a similar field displaying the RGS version changes in their API, we can certainly look into exposing it via the Exact Online connector.
