I can't find the verification email to verify my Connect Cloud account. It's not in my inbox, or in the Spam or Trash folders. How can I verify my account?

In order to resolve this, you can resend the verification email by using the Forgot Password option on the Connect Cloud login page, https://cloud.cdata.com. If you do not see the Forgot Password option initially, you will need to enter your email and select the Continue button.
