Do I have to name the database salesforce backups?

When I went through the directions here, https://cdn.cdata.com/help/AFH/dbampd/Installation_Upgrading.html it says to create a database for the stored procedures called salesforce backups. That doesn’t fit our naming conventions - is there a way around that?

There is, actually! The name suggested there on the docs is just a suggestion so that something could be referenced later.

You can install the DBAmp stored procedures in any database you wish, and will indeed need to install them in every database you will want to use DBAmp in. The name of the database will make no difference.
