I’ve installed an Excel Add-In, but the CData ribbon isn’t appearing so I can’t get data. How do I make this appear so I can use it?

If the CData ribbon is not appearing for the Excel Add-In, you will need to manually enable the Add-In. To accomplish this, you will need to go to File -> Options, and select Add-ins. Select Manage: Disabled Items, and press Go. Ensure that the CData Excel Add-In is not disabled, and press OK to save the changes. You should then go to Manage: COM Add-ins, and press Go. Ensure that the CData Excel Add-In is checked, and press OK to save the changes.
