I am a licensed customer and I just downloaded the latest version of a driver from the CData website. However, when I tried using my product key to license the new driver, I received an ‘Invalid Product Key’ error. My license should be valid and was working with the older version so I’m not sure why this is happening.

As licensing depends on version number, if the driver downloaded from the website has a different major version number than your product key, this error can occur. To resolve this, you will need to either update your product key to the latest version (by contacting your account manager) or use the website’s download archive (or contacting support) to obtain an older version of the driver with which your product key can be used.
