Dynamic "To:" field in Arc Email Send Connector

For the Email Send is there a solution for controlling the To: field dynamically with data coming into it from the workflow?

Seems that Subject: and From: fields can be, but not much else.

You should be able to dynamically address the message using the same _message item that can be used to set a dynamic subject, e.g.:
