The first CData Arc update of 2025 is here!

The Q1 2025 release brings powerful new capabilities to streamline trading partner management, expand connectivity, and enhance security. Here’s what’s new:

🔹 Enhanced trading partner management – Test workflows end-to-end before deployment to minimize integration errors.

🔹 Expanded connectivity & formats – New XML Group connector and ZPL label support for seamless shipping label generation.

🔹 Enterprise-grade security – Built-in 2FA and extended Arc Key Vault integration for enhanced data protection.

🔹 EU compliance & hosting – Support for AS4, ENTSOG V4, ZUGFeRD, and GDPR-compliant EU hosting.

🔹 Migration utilities – Simplified migration from legacy platforms like Dell Boomi and IBM Sterling.

🔹 Action required: Arc v22 support ending – Direct support for CData Arc versions v22 and older will be discontinued on June 24, 2025. For users of these versions, this means that receiving technical support from our team will first require an upgrade to the latest version, Arc 2025.

Getting started with the Q1 2025 release

On-premises customers can download the latest version from our website. Arc Cloud customers should contact support to schedule their upgrade.

Hi can you provide more information on the migration utilities? In particular migration from Dell boomi?

Hi @wnielson,

Thank you for the question! The Migration Utilities mentioned are an internal tool to assist customers with converting Dell Boomi or IBM Sterling XML configuration files into Arc connectors. If you would like assistance with migrating from Dell Boomi or IBM Sterling, please email our CData Arc support team ([email protected]) or submit a support form, and our team can help you migrate to CData Arc.
