I am new to arcESB and we have a basic requirement where we need to call a rest service, get the data in json format and same data i need to use to later while using smtp connector (filename need to be modified). I am unable to map the data, i tried using arcScript in event section of rest connector but it seems to be not working. Any suggestion will be really appreciated. thanks in advance.

In our support portal, you can export your arcflow and share the script step where you are having trouble.
In general, such a flow would begin with the REST connector to call the service endpoint, but since the XML Map is our tool for mapping, you would likely want to transform the JSON output from the REST connector into XML using the JSON connector prior to mapping the data with XML Map. If you open a support case with us, we will have a better idea for what you are trying to achieve.
