We are experiencing intermittent failures with DBAmp RefreshAll jobs across random tables following our Hyperforce migration.
We engaged DBAmp Support, and their analysis indicates that the HTTP callouts are occasionally returning empty responses with Query Timeout Exceptions. They suggested that this could be related to firewall or network configuration issues, particularly due to the expanded range of IP addresses used in Hyperforce.
To address this, we implemented domain-based whitelisting rather than IP-based rules, allowing:
*.force.com*.salesforce.com*.salesforce-setup.com
Based on the tables we are querying, these domains appear to be appropriate, as per salesforce help page.
However, the issue persists intermittently.
Has anyone encountered similar issues post-Hyperforce migration? If so, what was the root cause and resolution? Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Note: The Salesforce Org is using custom domain.
