Hi,
We recently renewed our license for another year, i have applied it to all dev and Test SQL servers, and the offline node in Prod, but our online node in prod gets the below error.
Can you please advise what to do to resolve this?? We only have a couple of days before our current license expires.

The "Unable to get response to update license" error usually indicates there is some network block stopping the license validation, like a firewall or proxy. You can avoid this by manually generating a license file.
To do so, please go to the following link and input your information:
https://www.cdata.com/lic/?prod=AFGH-A&w64=1
This will download a registry file that you can run on your machine to install the licensing information. Once you do this, the installer should recognize the license, and you should not see this error.
If you still have issues when double-clicking the registry keys the you would need to manually add the keys to the registry.
From the Windows search bar, please search the Registry Editor and right-click to Run as Administrator. Then from the Registry Editor, navigate to File > Import and select the keys.reg file that you downloaded before. That should add the license to your registry.
