I’ve upgraded to the CData version of DBAMP, and I see that there is no longer a separate procedure for replicating the KnowledgeBase.
Is there a replacement process for this sync?

There is, in a way - you can now just use SF_Replicate (or SF_Mirror) to bring down __kav objects, a separate stored procedure is no longer necessary.
