All major changes and updates that we make to the connectors are reflected in the Changelog section of our documentation for each product:

Generally, the most significant changes will be bugfixes and updates for efficiency, or changes to the API. We conduct quarterly API reviews for all of the supported sources and if any changes are implemented they will be added in the Changelog.
If you want to know more about any particular changes for a specific provider you can reach out to [email protected] with your question and our support team will provide more details.
