I have a valid license that I used to install a driver on my current computer, but I am planning on changing to a new machine and want to make sure that I can still use the driver there.

Is there anything I need to do to use it on my new computer?

If you fill out this form and uninstall the driver from your current computer, an extra activation will be added to your license, and you can use it to install the same driver on your new computer. Our licenses are partially based on the version of the driver so make sure you install the correct version if you have an older license key.

 

If you have lost access to your current machine and can’t get the NodeID or uninstall the driver, you will need to get in contact with our Sales team ([email protected]) and they can assist you.
