Using the Tableau edition driver, I cannot publish from Tableau Desktop to Tableau Server:

This error message is usually indicative of the Tableau driver not being installed on both the machine running Tableau Desktop as well as on the machine running Tableau Server.
You would want to check if the JAR, TACO, and LIC files are at the correct locations for both Server and Desktop.
