Facebook Connector URL Whilelisting

Hello Team,Can you are aware for  connectors authentication  in restricted environment would require URL Whitelisting and for  Facebook , I have to “facebook.com” done.Still  doesn't work. Am I missing anything,Any quick response would be appreciated.BTW we are working on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and  YouTube CDATA Conectors. RegardsNS

CData ODBC Driver for NetSuite connects to Netsuite.com or Netsuite2.com

Hi,I'm using the CData ODBC Driver for NetSuite (version: 21.0.7867.0 release) to access a customer's NetSuite data. Within the ODBC driver's connection properties, there are no options available to explicitly specify whether to connect to Netsuite.com or Netsuite2.com. Instead, I can provide the Account Id and Version (default 2021_1) for the connection. What data source the CData ODBC Driver for NetSuite is utilizing—Netsuite.com or Netsuite2.com when connecting to the customer's NetSuite? Where can I get this information, thanks.

Issue With Cadata Excel Connection On New 2019 SQL Server

Current servers are running with SQL 2016 version and in these servers we have CData.SSIS.Excel  (18.0.6705) with 2018 version. This Cdata version is running fine in current server.In the new server which is running on SQL 2019 version, we cannot install this version, so we installed a updated version(22.0.8509) . Below steps are getting performed for package migration from 2016 to 2019: We are converting the solution configuration from 2016 to 2019 and build the solution and deploy the solution to 2019 server. Error That we are getting in package : which was earlier using CData.SSIS.Excel  (18.0.6705) on sql 2016  and now using updated version(22.0.8509) on 2019 SQL server. When we opened the package on new 2019 server, we could not able see the cdata excel connection manager there. So we have to manually create a connection manager, select connection manager on source and deploying the package. What we are looking for is there a way , all these package can run on 2019 sql server with

PIVOT queries in SQL - works in FDConnection but NOT in FDQuery - why?

Here is a simple example of a query that works in FDConnection but not FDQuery.  This was tested on the 30 row Excel table using the CDataExcel driver id.  The first component returns a 30 row result set.  The second component fails on “field 2023-01 not found in subquery ….”select "Budgeted Items", "2023-01", "2023-02", "2023-03", "2023-04", "2023-05", "2023-06", "2023-07", "2023-08", "2023-09", "2023-10", "2023-11", "2023-12"  from(  select "Budgeted Items", "MonthNo", "Amount"   from "BUDGETED") as SourceTablePIVOT(  sum("Amount")  for  "MonthNo" in ("2023-01", "2023-02", "2023-03", "2023-04", "2023-05", "2023-06", "2023-07", "2023-08", "2023-09", "2023-10", "2023-11", "2023-12"))

SQL Error [HY000]: ORDER BY is mandated in the OVER clause for the function row_number.

I am using the 2023 xBase driver in dBeaver, and receiving this error:SQL Error [HY000]: ORDER BY is mandated in the OVER clause for the function row_number. The Query is:select distinct       'BNK' swityp,       cast(c.cbank_acct as varchar) oldkey,       row_number () over (order by g.cid) newkey,       '' del,       g.cgroup_cod,       g.acct_no,       g.acct_descr,       g.active,       g.cidfrom checkreg cjoin glacct g on g.cid = c.cbank_acctorder by g.cid As you can see I have an ORDER BY in the OVER clause. BTW, changing it to upper case has no effect. What am I missing? Does xBase only partially support row_number? Is there any documentation on the xBase driver and which syntax it supports?

Slowness & Latency Using SageIntacct ODBC Driver

I have deployed CDATA Sage Intacct ODBC Driver on an Azure Virtual Machine that also hosts a SQL Server for which we want to copy data from Sage Intacct to table(s) on SQL Server. I have set up my environment 2 ways described in the bulleted list below and BOTH options experience very high latency and slowness when trying to query tables and views created within the Sage Intacct data model; I experience especially very high latency and slowness when querying view, GLDetail, from the CDATA Sage Intacct ODBC Driver:CDATA SQL Gateway/Linked Server: I set up the ODBC Sage Intacct Driver as a service in SQL Gateway and set up a Linked Service on the SQL Server instance that lives on the same machine the SQL Gateway sits on. I followed the steps in the below articles to set it up and also applied caching which did not seem to aid in the increase in throughput to get the data from Sage Intacct. How to uninstall CData Connectors silently

Use the /S Flag to uninstall CData Connectors in silent mode.Assume, for example, that you have the SharePoint ODBC driver installed on your machine in the location which is as follow: C:\temp\new folder. The file we require for uninstallation is uninstall.exe, which can be found inside these folder. Help with Google Sheets Excel Add-In - Gap of knowledge

I know I’m missing some fundamental context of query building - but I just want to cobble something together and could use a bit of assistance.I’d like to use the Google Sheets Excel Add-In, or even the ODBC Driver for Google Sheets, to pull some data down from a live aggregate that exists in one of our team’s Google Sheets - and automatically push it periodically into an Excel sheet. It’d be the entire contents of one sheet, read-only (mono-directional), placed into a named table in an Excel sheet - easy peasy. Or so I thought.I initially installed the ODBC driver, connected it successfully, but it only gives me a “This data source contains no visible tables” message. And since there aren’t really any options or configs, I bailed on that and installed the Add-In.With the add-in, however, I can only seem to get it to list my account’s folders, workbooks, and sheets.  I can’t actually get it to read the contents of a particular sheet. Query to get custom dimension data out of Google Analytics 4

We currently have configured Google Analytics 4 with custom dimensions. We want to get that custom dimension out of GA4 using the CDATA Google Analytics provider with Google Analytics 4 selected. We get data out of the correct property, so everything seems to be connected right. But these are all standards reports so it seems, I want to get custom data out of it.What should I do or what query can I use to get 1 custom dimension (customer_number), with 1 metric (event count) filtered by page_path contains 'example’ and another custom dimension (asm_user) <> 'null’?

Using CDATA Rest Task to call Azure DevOps Rest API - Error

API Server?

I stumbled upon CData API Server, installed it, and was immediately impressed!  It seems to be a fantastic product - very simple and intuitive.  However, I was left with a few immediate questions:I can’t find any real documentation for it.  Is there some? Which forum should I use to post questions or look for answers? Can I change the naming convention of the resources created?  It appears they are named “[database]_[schema]_tableorview” by default.  I’d like to drop the “[database]_[schema]_”. Is there any kind of bulk editing action on the resources?  I have a lot of resources and I’d like to remove some operations on all of them.If the resources are controlled by some kind of config file (e.g. json or XML), and I can find it, I can probably do the bulk edits myself.Thanks in advance, and thanks again for a GREAT product!

Executing an ODBC driver's stored procedures in Microsoft Access

If you are using an ODBC driver and wish to execute one of its stored procedures in Access, you will need to go to Create -> Query Design, and select Pass-Through. You can then write the query for the stored procedure, such as "EXECUTE CreateJob Action = 'Insert'". Upon selecting Run, you will be prompted to select your ODBC connection so the stored procedure can be used with it.

Seeing NULL data points where there should be dates?

When using a CData NetSuite connector for a NetSuite data source, you may encounter NULL data values that correspond to Date fields in your original data. This has been seen occurring when using the SuiteQL API in particular.To remedy the situation, one solution is to use a TO_DATE function in your SQL statement. For example, a field called “Purchase”.purchaseDate would be included in a manner such as the following:TO_DATE(“Purchase”.purchaseDate, ‘YYYY-MM-DD’) AS “purchase_date”where the date format and alias are adjustable based on your needs.

Netsuite ODBC Driver missing fields in table

Hi, I am trying to use the NETSUITE ODBC driver within Visual Studio SSIS project, everything connects good but when selecting some tables, I noticed that there are some missing fields in the table, for example in the table item, the field subsidiary is missing:   But in the log file, the json has it:  Should I need to set something else in the configuration? How can I solve this? Thanks.

Tableau connector not pulling GA4 data

Trying to use a cData ODBC DSN in Excel to connect to an OLAP cube in Azure Analysis Services on macOS.

ObjectiveTrying to use a cData DSN in Excel to connect to an OLAP cube in Azure Analysis Services on macOS. I can successful setup the DSN in iODBC Data Manager and it tests successfully, but when I try to use the DSN in Excel I get a “Could not bind server socket: Operation not permitted”.   I have screen-grabbed all my steps below in the attached PDF.
