I'm having trouble with C-Data CMS when I use an ONT from another brand. For example, I added a ZTE F663NV3A ONT. After checking the parameters, the ONT I added doesn't accept the SSID password. So, I can't see the Wi-Fi password and can only see the SSID. Has anyone else experienced this issue? It seems that only C-Data ONTs can be accepted by C-Data CMS. Or maybe the product doesn't provide the parameters? Please help.
