Sage Intacct error – SenderId not authorized to make Web Services requests

When using a CData Sage Intacct connector, you may encounter the following error: “The sender ID ‘sender_id’ is not authorized to make Web Services requests to company ID ‘company_id’.” This is a permissions error and the way to solve it is to grant Web Services authorization for the corresponding sender Id used in Sage Intacct. To do this, add <senderID> to your Web Services authorizations by navigating to Company > Company Info (Configuration > Company in new UI) > Security > Web Services Authorizations / Edit. Please, keep in mind that the senderID is case-sensitive, so make sure you add it exactly as it is. You can also refer to our documentation here for more information: https://cdn.cdata.com/help/CTJ/ado/pg_connection.htm Please, also remember that if you are connecting using “Basic” authentication, the SenderId credential must be set to the Web Services SenderId assigned to you by Sage Intacct and the SenderPassword credential must be set to your registered Sage Intacct Web Services password.
