Best way to format GraphQL Payloads

I’m working with a few different GraphQL endpoints where are becoming much more common it seems in B2B applicaitons. While GraphQL still uses just REST, formatting payloads in Arc is a bit difficult other than just using plain text and script port:For example:https://shopify.dev/docs/api/admin-graphql/unstable/queries/order?language=cURL GraphQL looks like: query { node(id: "gid://shopify/Order/148977776") { id ... on Order { name } }} but to support this in Arc, I need to use a script port with a string of: {"query": "query { node(id: "gid://shopify/Order/148977776") { id ... on Order { name } } }Which fair enough is simple for my example, but realistic GraphQL queries are much more complex. Any suggestions on how to potentially work with this format in Arc?

Find and replace CSV file columns based on translation table in CData Arc?

Hi,I have a flow and would like to take in and forward a csv file in said flow. In the flow, the end product should however have the 2nd column values translated. Say we have a python dict for translations:translations: Dict[str, str] = { "08.0": "S", "08.1": "O", "08.3": "S", "08.4": "O", "08.6": "S3", "09.0": "T", "10.5": "LS", "10.6": "LS"}What I would like to do would be to check each row’s 2nd column if a key from this dictionary is present in the said 2nd column (substring, doesn’t have to be 100% match), and then change the row so that the 2nd column would be rewritten to the value of the key found from the translation dictionary.If the row’s 2nd column’s text doesn’t match to any of the dictionary keys, the row should be omitted completely. I can do this really easily in Python. But how can I achieve this in CData Arc, should I use the ArcScript or create a python-based program that exposes REST API…? The latter sounds a little too much for this simple o

MySQL Connector - Clean up log files

I have the files going into the connector every 10 mins and that create a ton of logs in the Input tab.I already have the Save to Send Folder and Log Messages disabled for the MySQL connector but it is still taking up disk space.  what would be the best way to handle the clean up process for the MySQL Connector besides the Cleanup Option in the Advanced settings?

PDF Label Connector incorrectly returns data from xml (multi-line function not working)

Hello,A PDF file was made from the XLSX document. Then I created a PDF template with form fields (Adobe Acrobat), using the “Text field” function Multi-line. By filling in the form manually, the text in the field moves to a new line, but the text taken from the XML doesn't move to a new line. Why the Multi-line functionality doesn't work in CData Arc?

Compare two XML files

HiI would like to compare two XML files for differences.Here’s my use case.I create an order via an API and can get the entire order back in the response.I will store that order in a database table.Later, I will poll the API again and fetch the latest details of that order.I can do a quick check for overall changes using a hash, but I will need to know what changes if they latest and stored order differ. thanks in advance

Attaching File to Email Send using template message type

In my main application, I started using Arc to send automated emails by writing a simple XML file to a folder that Arc monitors.  I have a case where I am mapping the XML to an Email Send connector (using template mode) and I need to attach a PDF to the message (which was already uploaded to the server).I have the path to the file saved in SQL and I can add the path to my XML file.  My question is, how can I configure the Email Send connector to “attached” the file (assuming the path is a node in my XML)?  Right now, all I can do is reformat the path into an http link and add it to the body. Thanks

div() or divide() with Xpath denominators

Is is possible to pass values retrieved using xpath() into the div([value]) or divide([value]) Math formatters? I want to do something like this in an XML Map connector [xpath(ConsignmentNode/DefinitionOfGoods/TotalKilos)  | div(xpath(ConsignmentNode/DefinitionOfGoods/TotalFull)| add(xpath(ConsignmentNode/DefinitionOfGoods/TotalHalf)) | add(xpath(ConsignmentNode/DefinitionOfGoods/TotalOversize))))]!--endfragment>!--startfragment>  which in pseudo code is    Weight = Total Kilos / (Full + Half + Oversize) Things like “….| div(2)” work, but I can’t seem to get it to work with values from other parts of the message. Even simplifying to [xpath(ConsignmentNode/DefinitionOfGoods/TotalKilos) | divide(xpath(ConsignmentNode/DefinitionOfGoods/TotalHalf))]gets the same error:Formatter divide failed in the evaluation of <weight>[xpath(ConsignmentNode/DefinitionOfGoods/TotalKilos) | divide(xpath(ConsignmentNode/DefinitionOfGoods/TotalHalf))]</weight>. Get system time ArcESB 2020 EDI

Dears,I’d like to ask for your help how to get the current system time using Script connector?So far, I tried to use:<arc:set attr="timestamp" value="[utcnow()]" /> <arc:set attr="timestamp" value="[now()]" />But I got the error saying this:Execute 'RSSBus.RsbOps.RSBFunctions.now' function failed: The function 'now' could not be found. What is the correct format? I m using ArcESB 2020 EDI.

How to replicate the Lookup behavior of earlier versions of CData Arc (releases prior to 2023)

In earlier releases of CData Arc the Lookup connector / Lookup action of Database connectors had a fairly simple interface to it. You can configure a single query to select a single column from a table in a database, and output the result of the lookup in a specified XPath in the XML, like so:  Simply put, if the Input file is: <Items> <Record> <Name>James</Name> </Record></Items> The output file creates the result in a neighboring element:<Items> <Record> <Name>James</Name> <ID>0</ID> </Record></Items> In the 2023 release of CData Arc, a significant upgrade was provided to the Lookup action in a  database. Is there a more efficient way to create an Azure Shared Access Signature?

I have a flow which pulls rows from MySQL, formats them into JSON messages and pushes them to Azure Service Bus.There’s a step in the flow which creates the necessary signature for the REST POST to Azure Service Bus: But the SAS Token/Signature header is not dependant on the message.I only really need to do it once and make sure it is valid for long enough - at the moment I make it valid for a week.But my flow is calculating it for every row/every message. Is there a way to calculate it once (say for each time I run SELECT in the MySQL connector) and have it used repeatedly by PublishDirectToServiceBus?

change destination folder depening on source folder

Dear all, I have a ftp connector that is reading from multiple folders/subfolders and transferring data to a local server using an sftp connectorI would need to either be able to set the destination folder in my local server depending on the remote source folder or to put everything in the same folder but renaming the file in such a way I can understand from where they were coming from Currently the only way I found was to use several correctors (one for each folder), but I am doing to many connections to the server and using too many  connectors for my license Thanks

Issue receiving AS2 messages (ArcEsb)

hi, Dear Team, I am in the process of setting up an AS2 link between us and our partner but my partner cannot send us the message. For our part, sending messages to the partner works well but it is impossible to receive their messages.I have no logs on ArcESB and my partner thinks that the problem comes from us.We have traffic on our partner's port but we have an error like: 'RST,ACK'Looks like the partner is rejected.On the partner’log :disconnection indication         [reason="Error 0 (0x0)"] [origin="0"].My partner can do a telnet our AS2 server successful. Could you help me please Best Regards,BL

Flow API custom headers

I've set up a flow that interacts with other services using the REST connector. From this flow I've created a Flow API by multi selecting the entire flow, right clicking it and selecting the API settings option. Inside the flow I extract a response header from one of the REST requests respones I receive in the flow and I want that value to show up as an output header of the entire Flow API response whenever this service gets called from the outside. Right now I only can see the default response headers. I've read and search the documentation pertinent to these elements but I haven't found out how I can create and parse custom response headers for the Flow API and if anyone knows how to do that, your help will be immensely appreciated 😬

Dynamically call different WorkspaceReceive connectors

I have Workspaces A, B and SWorkspace S (for ‘shared’) is a sort of utility or library workspace.My plan is for Workspaces A & B to set a message header e.g. _message.header:callingFlow in Event:BeforeSend and then use WorkspaceSend to call the WorkspaceReceive in S. S then needs to respond back to the correct calling Workspace.Can a WorkspaceSend in S dynamically call WorkspaceReceive in A or B based on  _message.header:callingFlow ?Or do I need use maintain a series of Branches (we could have many more calling workspaces in the future)

Problem in mapping xmlconnector with file name.

I'm using an xmlmap connector to create an insert into a slq table. everything works correctly, I recently had to add a field for each record I insert that must contain the name of the file I'm importing (which is the same name as the output mapping xml file for the slq connector)There is no way I can create the mapping via the script. I searched for examples and other topics, I use this simple command <arc:set attr="result.text">[Filename]</arc:set>The error in the log i have is:The value of the attribute could not be accessed: The attribute does not exist.I have no indication of the reason and I have already made many attempts, any suggestion or idea is welcome, thanks in advance for any help you wish to give me.Best Regards.
