Why the Update Rows button is not active in CData Excel Add-In for Google Calendar after the installation?

I installed the CData Excel Add-In for Google Calendar, but the Update Rows button, which is responsible for changing the table to change events in the Google Calendar button is not active. Although the connection to the calendar was established successfully. Can you help, please?

Building a Standardized Querying Layer (Metrics, Dimensions, Filters & More)

Hi CData community, We are building a KPI tracking SAAS at Datapad and we’re using CData Drivers as the backbone.Essentially, any user is able to login with a data source through OAuth and can create metrics & reports. We wanted to as if there is a best-practice to create a querying layer that would work accross all integrations. We want to:Show a list of available metrics (numeric / aggregation fields) Display a list of available dimensions (text / group by fields) Users can add filters to available dimensions (matching criteria) Users can change the aggregation on metrics (sum, avg etc) Support for special datetime dimension which fetch data grouped by (hour, day, time, ..) We were thinking of building a dynamic SQL query builder to accomplish this. Before we proceed we wanted to ask the community if there is any best-practice OR previous experience regarding our use-case.  Thanks in advance !

'Invalid Product Key' error after downloading new driver

I am a licensed customer and I just downloaded the latest version of a driver from the CData website. However, when I tried using my product key to license the new driver, I received an ‘Invalid Product Key’ error. My license should be valid and was working with the older version so I’m not sure why this is happening.

The configuration window for SSIS source component closes when I hit the parameter button

I'm using a CData SSIS source component within my Visual Studio data flow. The connection to the data source is working fine -- the problem is I can't define parameters for my SQL expression. I open the configuration editor for the source component and enter a SQL expression that contains a parameter (e.g., "Select * from Customer where Name = @param"). Then, when I hit the "Parameters" button, the configuration window suddenly closes.How do I get past this so I can define the parameter?

I tried to use the embedded Xero credentials, but get a message about hitting a connection limit.

I was using the one of the CData Xero drivers, and followed the instructions to set up the connection using the credentials embedded in the driver, however, when I tried to verify the connection the following error occured: How should I change the connection to fix this?

"'https://cloud.cdata.com/api/catalogs' (404): Not Found" Power BI error

I’ve just downloaded one of the Power BI connectors, but I can’t get data with it because it’s throwing the error "'https://cloud.cdata.com/api/catalogs' (404): Not Found". How do I fix this?

Unable to see Views in WorkDay JDBC connection.

I just connected with the CData Workday JDBC driver and I am only able to see the Stored Procedures but no views. My connection string looks like this:jdbc:cdata:workday:User=myuser;Password=mypassword;Tenant=mycompany;Host=https://wd3-impl-services1.workday.com;What am I missing?

License error when using trial version of Salesforce ODBC driver on Linux

I am following the guide in “https://community.cdata.com/how-to-with-cdata-72/using-cdata-odbc-drivers-in-mac-linux-unix-environments-138” to try and install/configure the ODBC driver for Salesforce in our Dev Linux server. For the most part, the steps went smoothly. However, when I finally tried to query with the driver, I keep getting this error about needing a trial license: Could not find a valid license for using CData ODBC Driver for Salesforce 2022 on this system.  To obtain a trial license, please visit www.cdata.com or email [email protected] [code: G nodeid: 5E1NWBN8].If you believe you already have a license, please check the following path(s):/opt/cdata/cdata-odbc-driver-for-salesforce/lib/CData.ODBC.Salesforce.lic, /home/garrusb/.cdata/CData.ODBC.Salesforce.lic. Shouldn’t the rpm package I used have installed this trial license already?

Seeing error message, "At least *ColumnName* should be specified in this SQL statement" when trying to query some tables

When I try to query certain tables, I see an error message that indicates I must specify a column value in my SQL statement. For example, when trying to use the following query to retrieve the Reports table with the Act-On ODBC Driver:SELECT * FROM ReportsI see the following error:At least MESSAGEID should be specified in this SQL statement.How can I fix this?

The install-license.exe file is missing for python connector

I'm trying to install the Salesforce python connector. However, I can't find the install-license.exe file to do so. The instructions in “https://cdn.cdata.com/help/RFH/py/pg_pyinstallation.htm” mention it being in a “cdata/installlic_salesforce” folder, but the “cdata” folder is not anywhere in the zip file I downloaded.I would love to see if this connector will be useful for my purposes. But, I can't get very far with that if I can't even activate the license.

I’ve just finished installing a Power BI connector from CData. But when I try to find the connector in the Get Data window, I don’t see it as a selectable option. How do I access the Power BI connector in Power BI, or how do I make the CData connector appear in this window?
