We are getting the error message when we tried to install the JDBC on Linux machine.Error:Downloading license data...Error downloading license: Connection reset We were given the linux setup link to download the setup.zip file, after downloading we are not being able to install the JDBC driver on Linux Machine.we are using-  “java -jar cdata.jdbc.xero.jar -license” command from linux terminal to install the driver.Please suggest.Thanks.

We need to request for transfer of the license from one machine to another, for that we need to get the NodeId of both the machine, the new machine is Linux where we need to transfer the license, as per the Cdata tool to get the NodeId :- https://www.cdata.com/lic/nodeid.exe we can get the NodeId from windows system, but it this tool is not working for Linux system, we also tried ‘Wine’ to run this .exe but we did not got the NodeId, can anybody suggest how to get the NodeId from Linux system.Thanks in advance

I need to locate the file path my tool is referencing the CData JDBC Driver from. I needed to manually move it in the past to a new location outside the installation directory to get the tool to use it, but after time have forgotten where that path was.

I am using Connect AI to pull some data but I am missing some Tables and Columns that exist in the data source.Where can I find them and what can I do to make sure that I am getting all of my data? 

I am a licensed customer and I just downloaded the latest version of a driver from the CData website. However, when I tried using my product key to license the new driver, I received an ‘Invalid Product Key’ error. My license should be valid and was working with the older version so I’m not sure why this is happening.

I'm using a CData SSIS source component within my Visual Studio data flow. The connection to the data source is working fine -- the problem is I can't define parameters for my SQL expression. I open the configuration editor for the source component and enter a SQL expression that contains a parameter (e.g., "Select * from Customer where Name = @param"). Then, when I hit the "Parameters" button, the configuration window suddenly closes.How do I get past this so I can define the parameter?

Can the QuickBooks Online driver pull data on Reports? I'm not seeing the Profit & Loss report, or any other reports, in the list of tables and views.

There are many other data connectors from other companies that connect with PowerBI. What benefit does the PowerBI certification for CData Connect AI bring?

I created some User Defined Views for my ODBC driver, but when I use the driver with a linked server, I can’t find them anymore. Is there a way to access them?

I am following the guide in “https://community.cdata.com/how-to-with-cdata-72/using-cdata-odbc-drivers-in-mac-linux-unix-environments-138” to try and install/configure the ODBC driver for Salesforce in our Dev Linux server. For the most part, the steps went smoothly. I’m facing a timeout error when executing queries to tables for a given connection in Connect AI. The error message is as follows: [ERROR] Execution of the SELECT query failed. Error: Timeout when wait response.I tried to increase the Timeout value in the connection Advanced Settings tab, but nothing changed. What should I do? 

After attempting to install the driver on my Mac machine, I received this error message:“...can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.”

I can't find the verification email to verify my Connect AI account. It's not in my inbox, or in the Spam or Trash folders. How can I verify my account?
