I have a stored procedure that I want called once per day and the data pulled sent to a Send Email Connector. When I manually click the Receive button on the Output table of the Sql Server Connector, everything works as desired.  However, I set up the Receive Interval on the Automation Settings to Receive the data once per day, but it doesn’t run.  Am I doing something wrong? Or is there another way to automate the execution of this stored procedure?  Thanks,Chris

I have a flow that processes multiple files into multiple Sql Server tables. Once all those database tables are updated with the imported data, I want to run a stored procedure that uses that data to populate other tables. I was thinking I would just add another Sql Server connector after the import_pricing connector, but can I be sure that all the other import connectors have successfully completed first?  Is there a proper way to do this in Arc, so that when I run the final stored procedure all the needed import tables are populated appropriately first? Thanks!

We need to request for transfer of the license from one machine to another, for that we need to get the NodeId of both the machine, the new machine is Linux where we need to transfer the license, as per the Cdata tool to get the NodeId :- https://www.cdata.com/lic/nodeid.exe we can get the NodeId from windows system, but it this tool is not working for Linux system, we also tried ‘Wine’ to run this .exe but we did not got the NodeId, can anybody suggest how to get the NodeId from Linux system.Thanks in advance

I need to locate the file path my tool is referencing the CData JDBC Driver from. I needed to manually move it in the past to a new location outside the installation directory to get the tool to use it, but after time have forgotten where that path was. 

Hello - I am having troubles establishing an sFTP ssh key pair connection. I want to set the server thumbprint to the servers public key which I have saved to a certificate but I just keep getting a “thumbprint format” error. Does anyone know exactly how to accomplish this?  

Whenever I try to use the bulkapi, or pkchunk, or even just use SF_Mirror on a large table, it says that SF_Mirror fails. I installed the CData Excel Add-In for Google Calendar, but the Update Rows button, which is responsible for changing the table to change events in the Google Calendar button is not active. Although the connection to the calendar was established successfully. Can you help, please?

Hi CData community, We are building a KPI tracking SAAS at Datapad and we’re using CData Drivers as the backbone.Essentially, any user is able to login with a data source through OAuth and can create metrics & reports. We wanted to as if there is a best-practice to create a querying layer that would work accross all integrations. We want to:Show a list of available metrics (numeric / aggregation fields) Display a list of available dimensions (text / group by fields) Users can add filters to available dimensions (matching criteria) Users can change the aggregation on metrics (sum, avg etc) Support for special datetime dimension which fetch data grouped by (hour, day, time, ..) We were thinking of building a dynamic SQL query builder to accomplish this. Before we proceed we wanted to ask the community if there is any best-practice OR previous experience regarding our use-case.  Thanks in advance !

I am using Connect AI to pull some data but I am missing some Tables and Columns that exist in the data source.Where can I find them and what can I do to make sure that I am getting all of my data?

I have purchased the MongoDB driver and received the product key. I entered the company email and product key in the Product Activation, and the NODEID was already filled out.Then, when I clicked on the Download Key as instructed, I received a '.reg' file. However, my client using Linux environment. How can I activate the product on Linux? 

I am a licensed customer and I just downloaded the latest version of a driver from the CData website. However, when I tried using my product key to license the new driver, I received an ‘Invalid Product Key’ error. My license should be valid and was working with the older version so I’m not sure why this is happening.

I'm using a CData SSIS source component within my Visual Studio data flow. The connection to the data source is working fine -- the problem is I can't define parameters for my SQL expression. I open the configuration editor for the source component and enter a SQL expression that contains a parameter (e.g., "Select * from Customer where Name = @param"). Then, when I hit the "Parameters" button, the configuration window suddenly closes.How do I get past this so I can define the parameter?

My main workspace is setup to send 810 files in a batch at the end of the day.  So I have a flow I created in my “API” workspace where my application allows the user to generate a single 810 file and makes an HTTP POST to the workspaceid and connectorid using /api.rsc/receiveFile through the Admin API.My question is this:  Since I already have these trading partners X12 connectors (and corresponding AS2 or SFTP connectors) setup in another workspace, is it possible to use the Branch c

When I run SF_Refresh on one of my tables, I get the error "EXCEEDED_ID_LIMIT: there are '600000' or more records deleted in the specified time period" and it won’t complete. How can I run SF_Refresh on that table?

When I run SF_Replicate on my tables with lots of fields, like Account and Case, it fails. SF_Mirror also fails, and I can’t run SF_Refresh because there’s been a field added so it just tries to run SF_Replicate anyway. Salesforce added a couple new fields to the Contact and Lead objects, GenderIdentity and Pronouns. I can find them in Data Loader and in Workbench, but DBAmp is not bringing them down. How do I get DBAmp to find those new fields? I have DBAmp v22, if that makes a difference.

Hi,I was wondering if it was possible to write and save custom code snippets which would be available for use with any script block.  I have a lot of custom scripts that I re-use often and was wondering it there was a way to build upon the default snippet list.  Either through the Arc interface or by adding my own code files within one of the Arc directories.  Thanks!
