I'm having trouble with C-Data CMS when I use an ONT from another brand. For example, I added a ZTE F663NV3A ONT. After checking the parameters, the ONT I added doesn't accept the SSID password. So, I can't see the Wi-Fi password and can only see the SSID. Has anyone else experienced this issue? It seems that only C-Data ONTs can be accepted by C-Data CMS. Or maybe the product doesn't provide the parameters? Please help.

I want to add my Jo-Link OLT with model JL08-L3 to C-Data's CMS. Since my OLT doesn't support MQTT, I'm using SNMP+Telnet as an alternative. However, there is no hardware version that supports the Jo-Link OLT. Please help..

I’m trying to deploy an SSIS package to my server, and receiving the error “file:FileService SFTP Client Error during operation 'DOWNLOAD': The specified directory could not be created” server side.This runs without any issues from my developer. The service account has access to the folder (I also tried running the package with my AD account and got the same error). I’m kind of running out of ideas where to look. Does anyone else have ideas where to look?

Hello everyone,I recently purchased the CData QuickBooks ODBC Driver (Desktop version, $499/year) for one desktop and one data source (QuickBooks), as shown in the attached image.When trying to use it in Navicat Premium to query data, I get the following error: 1003 - The feature is only available with an Enterprise server license of CData Provider for QuickBooks 2024.I’m attaching screenshots of both the purchase and the error.My questions are: Why is it asking for an Enterprise Server License if I bought the Desktop version? Is there any configuration I need to change for it to work in my current setup? My final goal, after successfully testing with Navicat, is to connect to QuickBooks from a Laravel application.Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Error:Hi everyone, New to the community, within our team we are responsible for a ARC server (CData Arc™ 2024 - 24.3.9159.0) and I am running into the following issue: “Connection open failed: [500] Unable to connect to databasename.database.windows.net:1433: System error: No such host is known” (Azure SQL)Strange thing is that it works normally, but just sometimes it doesn't. This connector has almost 6000 entries in the last 5 days, only 8 have this error.These 8 are 4 Messages, with a retry of 60 minutes and a retry count of 1. Making that these 4 messages were tried 2 times in total. Last time 1,5 hour prior to this post. Trying manual send and boom all messages processed.SQL Database show no health warning and I can't find any metric that would indicate a problem with the database. Connector type is a script.

We would like to inquire if there are any specific restrictions or limitations when fetching records for "campaigns" specifically from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) using CData connectors/drivers.

We are currently using a GCP application integration to connect to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Hey All, I’m using cdata sync , version  Cross-Platform Edition - 24.2.9064.0. I’d like to pull cdata sync’s job history  metadata   into a table in SQL Server, so I can perform analysis. Any suggestions on how to do this? I didn’t find anything in the documentation other than info on how to use the cdata sync GUI, but that is not useful.I’d even settle for exporting job history data into a .csv file if that is possible. Ultimately, I want to be able to perform aggregations on the number of records loaded per job. This can’ tbe done through the existing GUI. Thanks! 

I can’t get the connection string to work with charset ie. DataSource=myaccesdb;Charset=windows-1252; The connection is fine, but Charset has no effect. Has anyone solved this?

So I am trying to install dbamp remotely - to a on-prem SQL server virtual machine. We will create a Azure SQL managed instance where data will be stored. - DBInstanceDbAmp will be configured as linked server  in a on premise virtual machine with SQL server installed. - DBAmpServer I have two questions:Can we run DBAmp from DBAmpServer to move the data from DBInstance to Salesforce? The article DBAmp - Running DBAmp Remotely (cdata.com) mentions the other way around, but we need a bi-direction data transfer between DBInstance and Salesforce. The article mentions that a subset of stored procedures will be available. Hi,I have 3 years worth of data. All the data stay the same but the latest 3 months are dynamic. I need to replace the old data with the latest data. But if I do “Drop Table”, it drops all the data and bring all 3 years worth of data and sometimes the system dont seem to be able to handle it.  I would like to keep everything and just have the last 3 months tables dropped and replaced. I dont want the system to have to bring ALL data from the past 3 years. I just need the last 3 months dropped and replaced.  What setup should I do?

Since this morning at 08.00 we have problems with the Cdata Driver Connector for Power BI. This error is from Power BI Desktop I tried to recreate the connection, but without success.  

The SSIS package runs fine on my local computer, but it fails with the following errors when run on the SQL Server.  Here is our setup:Google API Client ID + Client Secret have been generated using service account. SSIS package is run by an SQL Agent Job using proxy account. Path to OAuthSettings.txt is specified as C:\Users\Public\Documents\GMail. Once I had the OAuthSettings.txt generated, I placed a copy to C:\Users\Public\Documents\GMail on the SQL server. On my local computer I had run SSIS in Visual Studio and created a consent using the service account that I created Google API Client ID with. SQL Server is on-prem and is accessible via RDC. No Visual Studio is installed on the SQL Server.Am I missing anything in the above? Please advise.

When connected to my data source as a Remote Oracle Database via the ODBC Driver, I run into the following error when trying to perform inserts or updates into my database: Error ORA-02070: database xxx does not support <operation> in this contextorORA-02070: database xxx does not support some function in this context I am connected via the Database Gateway dg4odbc. How can I resolve this issue?

Can anyone tell me how to ? I can connect to unprotected excel files, but it says “directory not found” when trying to open password protected ones. I have tried to provide password in various property fileds as well as tried to change “authscheme” but no avail. Kind regards

Hi everyone,I’m currently working on a project that involves connecting to several cloud APIs (like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics) using CData ODBC drivers. I’m running everything locally from my Windows 11 laptop (16GB RAM, Intel i5, SSD).I’m planning to set up multiple concurrent ODBC connections through a BI tool and possibly through some custom scripts. Before I go all in, I wanted to ask: Is this laptop spec sufficient for running several CData drivers simultaneously without performance issues? Are there any known CPU or memory bottlenecks when using multiple drivers at once? Would virtualization (like using Docker or WSL) complicate or help with performance? Any tips for optimizing driver performance on a laptop setup — like cache settings or connection pooling? I'm unable to refresh my Power BI Semantic Model on Power BI Online and am running into the error below.
