Hi all,I am receiving an error when I am trying to replicate a table from QuickBooks to a local SQL Server.“[0] Failed to cache row [126934] The iteratorID "{4853b873-e75a-4f1a-a4d6-2c32253237ad}" is not valid.”See the screenshot below. To try and address this I have: Decreased the Pagesize property in my Quickbooks connection to 50 from 500. Enabled Persistent connections and increased the idle timeout in my Quickbooks Remote Connector from 30 to 120.I restarted the services but none of that worked. Any suggestions?

Hi,When I try to create a SQLServer connection for a local SQL Express install, CData Sync is throwing the following error: System error: UnknownHostException - No such host is known (DATA-DEV2\SQLEXPRESS)I am able to connect to the server with SSMS but for some reason CData cannot find it. CData and SQL Express are on the same server. What am I missing? Thanks.

HiI’d like to file a bug report for CData Arc™ 2023 - 23.4.8789.0I have an XML Connector (PrepareForJSONConversion) which was originally created using the output from one connector (MapLorealIFCSUMToET) as an Source File.That source connector was no longer needed so it was detached and then subsequently deleted at a much later date.Now the mappings in the XML Connector have gone.I have no idea if the connector is still performing the expected mappings   I can also no longer export the XMLMap connector. Expected Operation:not lose mappings if preserving mappings is not possible, then warn the user before the Source connector can be deleted

Hi,I have a flow and would like to take in and forward a csv file in said flow. In the flow, the end product should however have the 2nd column values translated. Say we have a python dict for translations:translations: Dict[str, str] = { "08.0": "S", "08.1": "O", "08.3": "S", "08.4": "O", "08.6": "S3", "09.0": "T", "10.5": "LS", "10.6": "LS"}What I would like to do would be to check each row’s 2nd column if a key from this dictionary is present in the said 2nd column (substring, doesn’t have to be 100% match), and then change the row so that the 2nd column would be rewritten to the value of the key found from the translation dictionary.If the row’s 2nd column’s text doesn’t match to any of the dictionary keys, the row should be omitted completely. I can do this really easily in Python. But how can I achieve this in CData Arc, should I use the ArcScript or create a python-based program that exposes REST API…? The latter sounds a little too much for this simple o

I am currently using cData Sync to replicate data from NetSuite Tables to Snowflake. However, I am encountering issues with two critical tasks within my job, which consists of 24 tasks in total.The error messages for the failing tasks are as follows: 1.[0] [500] Could not execute the specified command: Can not view record 2.[0] [500] Could not execute the specified command: Failed to cache row [5247] Can not view record StackTrace: at aso230l.nT.Next() at aso230l.mH.Next() at aso230l.mb.Next() at aso230l.mY.Next() at aso230l.mQ.Next() at aso230l.Kz.q(DbCommand , DataTable , IResultSet , ColumnInfo[] , Int32[] , jsb ) These errors are hindering the successful completion of my data replication process, and it is critical for my project that these tasks run smoothly.Please advise .

I am having an issue with my sync installation. I am able to successfully start logminer on the oracle instance and query the results of that logminer session.However, when I run a CDC job from Sync, it will complete the initial data load successfully but then fail on the incremental loads after the initial one with the below error:logminer failed to start If I have it delete the table ot truncate the data then it reloads just fine. It just won’t start logminer to run the CDC loads.Has anyone run into this issue or found a way to resolve this so I can get CDC loads from oracle to sql server working correctly?

I’m working with a few different GraphQL endpoints where are becoming much more common it seems in B2B applicaitons. While GraphQL still uses just REST, formatting payloads in Arc is a bit difficult other than just using plain text and script port:For example:https://shopify.dev/docs/api/admin-graphql/unstable/queries/order?language=cURL GraphQL looks like: query { node(id: "gid://shopify/Order/148977776") { id ... on Order { name } }} but to support this in Arc, I need to use a script port with a string of: {"query": "query { node(id: "gid://shopify/Order/148977776") { id ... on Order { name } } }Which fair enough is simple for my example, but realistic GraphQL queries are much more complex. Any suggestions on how to potentially work with this format in Arc?

How do I convert a JSON string to XML in ArcScript / Script connector?

I have the files going into the connector every 10 mins and that create a ton of logs in the Input tab.I already have the Save to Send Folder and Log Messages disabled for the MySQL connector but it is still taking up disk space.  what would be the best way to handle the clean up process for the MySQL Connector besides the Cleanup Option in the Advanced settings?

Hello,i have an account a free SAP HANA Cloud.While i have no difficulties connecting to the SAP HANA DB itself by using severall Drivers and applications i haven’t found a solution for etablishing a connection two the SAP HANA DB Data lake to use the Data Lake relational Engine. There is an official Client available from SAP but only fpr regsieterd SAp users.Question is: Doas someone have made successfull connection two SAP Data Lake by using cdata drivers and can explain how two configure the driver settings ? Thnaks in advance 

Hello,A PDF file was made from the XLSX document. Then I created a PDF template with form fields (Adobe Acrobat), using the “Text field” function Multi-line. By filling in the form manually, the text in the field moves to a new line, but the text taken from the XML doesn't move to a new line. Why the Multi-line functionality doesn't work in CData Arc? 

My CData Sync servers are running on Azure. I’d like to use Azure Monitor Agent to monitor if CData Sync service is in stopped state. Usually Windows Service monitoring can be queried from Windows System logs finding Event ID 7036. CData Sync seem not to write anything to System Log (or I just not find it). Where should I try to find information if service is stopped?

Hello everybody! I’m facing the following situation when trying to execute an RFC trought CData connector for SAP ERP...In SAP, I've created an RFC to retrieve additional data for our needs, it works and have these parameters: The PT_DOCNUM has the following structure: It receives a list of documents and fiscal years to further processing as input in PT_DOCNUM. The returning data is in CT_DATA.According to this page (https://cdn.cdata.com/help/RYJ/rssis/pg_datamodel.htm) I can call the function trough EXEC statement.I’m using SSIS inside Visual Studio 2019 to achieve this step. HiI would like to compare two XML files for differences.Here’s my use case.I create an order via an API and can get the entire order back in the response.I will store that order in a database table.Later, I will poll the API again and fetch the latest details of that order.I can do a quick check for overall changes using a hash, but I will need to know what changes if they latest and stored order differ. thanks in advance

In my main application, I started using Arc to send automated emails by writing a simple XML file to a folder that Arc monitors.  I have a case where I am mapping the XML to an Email Send connector (using template mode) and I need to attach a PDF to the message (which was already uploaded to the server).I have the path to the file saved in SQL and I can add the path to my XML file.  My question is, how can I configure the Email Send connector to “attached” the file (assuming the path is a node in my XML)?  Right now, all I can do is reformat the path into an http link and add it to the body. Thanks

I’ve updated our test environment to latest version 23.4.8843.0 and I noticed that when I try to configure data source settings, I can’t and I get information “Settings are not editable”. Same issue with new tasks and previously created tasks. I can however make settings directly to query-tab and it will work ok. Our production environment is version 23.3.8700.0 and that issue is not there. Data source which I’m using is ElasticSearch

Through API call we are able to create the JOB fine, but we are unable to set StoresUppercaseIdentifiers=true Additional Options property.Any help on this topic is greatly appreciated.
